Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 22, 2026
1. Introduction
I, Jonathan Egli ("Developer", "I"), am committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how the "STAY!Hydrated" app (hereinafter "App") handles your data.
Most importantly: STAY!Hydrated does not collect any personal data on external servers, does not use tracking tools, and does not display advertisements.
2. Data Storage and Processing
All data you enter into the App (e.g., your daily water goal, amounts consumed, preferred units, and settings) is stored exclusively locally on your own device. No data is transmitted to me or to third-party servers. You have full control over your data at all times and can delete it completely from your device by uninstalling the App or by using the "Reset Progress" feature in the App's settings.
3. Device Permissions (Notifications)
To remind you to drink water, the App requests permission to send you local notifications (push notifications). These notifications are scheduled and triggered locally on your device.
No external push servers (such as Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging) are involved in triggering the standard daily reminders in a way that could track your habits. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's system settings.
4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Since your data never leaves your device, no data is shared with third parties, advertising networks, or analysis services. The App is completely ad-free.
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
I reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy occasionally to comply with legal requirements or to reflect changes in the App's features.
6. Contact
If you have any questions regarding privacy within the App, you can contact me at:
